first clinic opened in Omaha, NE in 2016 and has since grown to 6
locations with more coming soon! Not only is Limitless Male a

How do we do it? Through various avenues of testosterone

Limitless Male is looking for a Director of Sales to help us
grow our company. This person must be able to multi-task, have the
ability to work well under pressure, and must have the ability to
work well well in a fast paced and always changing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple PEM as well as help with the setup of new
locations. Develop structure and leadership within the department.
Travel will be required.
Develop and manage accountability and performance standards for
all Patient Experience Managers and the department.
Work with the Medical Director to implement changes in
medication offering, procedures, protocols and additional training
for PEMs as needed.
Control quality of care throughout all clinics and exercise
final authority over operations while working with the Medical
Director on any clinical or medical related issues.
Work to safely increase clinic productivity, volume, and
profitability throughout all locations.
Using the surveillance systems, must be able to monitor and
manage from afar.
Ability to work with computer programs such as an EMR, Zoho, and
Work with the Director of Marketing team to develop and
facilitate new ways to increase patient flow and retention.
Attend meetings and contribute with input on the strategic
business plan of the company and the annual operating budget
estimation and execution.
Work in collaboration with the COO and the CEO on the management
and execution based on information from given reports including
payroll, spending, and KPI’s.
Conduct Performance Reviews for all PEM’s and any other direct

interviewing and hiring process as well as the enforcement of
company policies throughout all locations. Must be able to
discipline as needed.

Responsible for Patient Experience Manager interviewing, hiring,
and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees as well as
leading key terminations; addressing complaints and resolving
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, AND
3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
