Staffmark is hiring entry level Call Center Representatives for a busy financial services call center in Omaha! Position is set to start in January 18, 2021 with a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour. This is a temp 3-6 MONTH project!! Shifts/Schedules:8:00AM - 4:30PM with Sat/Sun off10:00PM - 6:30AM with Tue/Wed off2:00PM - 10:30PM with Thu/Fri offQualified candidates will need: * Minimum 6 months experience working in a customer focused environment - call center preferred* Ability to navigate dual monitors and with multiple applications at a time* Demonstrated ability to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) * Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome * Strong attention to detail, communication and listening skills* Position requires drug, background, and employment history screening.
