Job Description:

Sirius Technical Services is seeking a Warehouse/Packaging Operator for the Blair, NE area for a long-term contract position. Please contact me for more information! Schedule: Rotating Day shift, 2days on, 3 days off, 3days on, 2 days off. 7:30am to 7:30pm Essential Functions:

• Loading and unloading multiple modes of transport.
• Operating state of the art packaging equipment
• Comply with standard operating procedures as learned during training
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Requires rotating 12-hour shifts (Day hours - 7 out of every 14 days; full time position)
  • Starting at $17.50 based on experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Average reading ability required
  • The ability to communicate and understand English in written, verbal or sign form
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team environment
  • Ability to respond with flexibility to changing work demands
  • Willingness to learn and/or able to operate a forklift
  • The ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to frequently climb stairs to access assigned work areas
  • The ability to frequently push, squat, bend, and reach overhead
  • The ability to lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to work in elevated work areas
