This position will be worked at our Global Contact Center in
The Facility Coordinator will work closely with the Office
Services Assistant Manager and Office Services team to support all
facilities related activities. The Facility Coordinator will often
be the first point of contact for internal and external customers
seeking assistance and/or information. The Facility Coordinator
will provide administrative assistance to support GCC operation
including light maintenance work, asset management, and daily
departmental operations. Additional responsibilities include for
day-to-day maintenance of the facility systems and ensuring a safe
and efficient work environment that improves business performance
and optimizes colleague productivity.
* Prior Facility Maintenance experience is preferred.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job:
* Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook
