What does a Great Production Operator look like:

As a Production Operator at Fiserv, you'll be trained on how to set up and operate machines such as embossing/card personalizers, printers, affixers, inserters and mail sorters. Additionally, you will carry out the task of adjusting the machines to ensure work accuracy while responding to equipment error messages. You will perform quality checks, and confirm quantity produced.

Our positions require that you work weekends (Holiday work and Overtime may be required) - we offer 2 consecutive weekdays off. We offer the opportunity to build a long term career with Fiserv.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

• Must be able to understand basic work-related written and verbal instructions, in English

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to perform physical labor and lifting between 30 and 50 lbs. on a reg. basis.

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 6 months + machine and/or production experience preferred

• Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
