Position Purpose:
This person will work with corporate staff to ensure technical needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner, will manage support tickets and work with a third party technology vendor to manage the technology needs of Right at Home. This person will coordinate efforts with leadership and external vendors.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project manage and actively participate in technology and security audits
  • Manage support tickets to ensure proper documentation and audit procedures are followed
  • Order and manage inventory
  • Create, manage and monitor security policies to ensure data, email and servers are secure
  • Coordinate and assist (where appropriate) with installation, modification, and repair as needed for computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Respond to requests for technical or facility assistance in person, via phone, or email in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve issues through sound problem solving skills and use of diagnostic techniques 
  • Keep current with information systems, updates, threats, and other security related issues
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, partnering with third-party providers
  • Set-up accounts for new users and onboarding new employees (training on technology)
  • Manage company cell phone plans and troubleshoot issues on company issued devices
  • Manage facility requests (property management, vendors, etc.) and maintain vendor relationships
  • Coordinates phone and data installations and repairs
  • Manage and train employees on the features of desk phones and A/V office equipment
  • Manage phone portal and work closely with third party vendor to ensure employee phone needs are met
  • Responsible for all conference room equipment function
The Right Candidates will Have:
  • Technical savvy
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in a help desk position 
  • Experience managing a ticketing system, including adherence and documentation to confirm to audit requirements
  • Someone who works hard, has fun, loves to laugh, takes accountability and is an enthusiastic learner will be the best culture fit
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance from a technology perspective (encrypted emails, PII transmission, etc.)
  • Passion for customer service excellence
  • Great written and oral communication skills
