What does a great Quality Analyst do?
You know how to be detailed, work quickly and be flexible in
learning new processes and procedures and making sure that all
analysts are following them accordingly. You will audit analysts,
doing deep dives into random cases. In addition, you will do real
time checks, miscellaneous checks, lead meetings with leaders and
analysts and other assigned tasks as they arise.
As a Quality Analyst, you can look forward to:
This position saving money for the IDO department by ensuring
association rules are followed. Clients are glad to know we are
watching out for their best interest.
This being a great promotion for analysts to move from working
cases to checking cases and using their knowledge to coach
individuals and small groups.
Using your skills to checks cases with fairness and accuracy.
You must be detail oriented and be able to collaborate with your
teammates and the analysts that you audit.
Meeting with leadership and potentially clients regarding trends
and the role of the QA.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree strongly
Minimum of 1 year experience as a fraud or dispute chargeback
Previous experience working with Reg E/Z and Association rules
