responsibilities as a Voluntary Benefits Administrator: You will
interact with the sales team reviewing specific information
regarding plan design, rates, summaries, proposals, implementation
of plans and enrollment. Your customer service skills will be
utilized to answer client questions regarding procedural matters,
plan provisions, billing, claim filing and claim questions/issues
as well as assisting with enrollment changes and communicating
Voluntary Benefit plan revisions. You will be responsible for
managing electronic document storage systems and providing support
to Voluntary Benefits department by performing administrative
duties as assigned. You will be requested to attend client meetings
with Managers and document all client meetings and conference
calls. Inform Managers of pertinent information such as carrier
change considerations, significant group plans changes, or other
client activity. You will also handle preparation of carrier
comparison spreadsheets to help in determining best product
offering/configuration for clients. Qualifications: -- Bachelor's
degree or equivalent plus two years--- experience in group
insurance field in position such as group insurance representative,
marketing support or administration, or corporate benefits
coordinator. -- Knowledge of insurance industry, marketing
principals and bid specifications. -- Skill in operating personal
computer and various office machines. -- Good written and verbal
skills, particularly over the phone. Customer service orientation.
-- Skill in problem solving and math reasoning. -- Ability to
organize and perform detail-oriented tasks on a timely basis. --
