This position supports the undergraduate nursing program through the academic and clinical advisement of undergraduate nursing students, advising 225 students and developing sequence plans for the students related to theory and clinical coursework. Also monitors database for clinical contracts and inputs Typhon database tracking, monitors student progress and mentors the graduate students daily.Required Qualifications:* One year recent student services experience required. * Bachelor's degree required. * Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills required.* Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel required.* Data entry proficiency required.Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in academic advising or counseling preferred.* Health care experience preferred.* Typhon, Docusign and Certified Profile database experience preferredThe full Clarkson College Non-Discrimination Statement can be located at ClarksonCollege.edu/non-discrimination.Working at Clarkson College means making a commitment to teaching and developing future health care leaders.
