We are looking for a Mission Expansion Senior Professional to join our team!!

With a lot of moving pieces and an important mission, the Mission Expansion Senior Professional plays a key role in the analysis, process development and project management throughout the due diligence and integration process for mergers, acquisitions and affiliations.

As a Mission Expansion Senior Professional, you'll:

Support acquisition activities from due diligence through integration, including information request lists and integration plans.
Coordinate collection of documents required for due diligence, purchase agreement sign and legal close, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Create summary reports and presentation materials for each target to assist senior leadership with making final decisions on targets
Maintain effective mechanisms to track and monitor projects. Ensure all work streams are well defined, planned and resourced to deliver per schedule.
Support the development of best practices, tools and resources to streamline and accelerate Mosaic s due diligence and integration processes
Provide leadership, coaching and support to functional and operational teams for the duration of the acquisition process.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models to standardize decision making and valuations of targets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

You should have:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, accounting or related field required.
Minimum five years of finance, accounting or project management required.

Good to have (but not deal breakers):

Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
Experience in the human services field is preferred.
