We are looking for a Senior Living Counselor to build relationships with seniors and their families as they explore this next chapter of their lives at our community in Bellevue, NE!

Senior Living Counselors

• Cultivate positive relationships throughout the community.
• Organize personal tours, events and private meetings to collaborate with individuals and families to understand and meet their needs.
• Work with all teams to enhance the resident experience and grow the community through marketing, prospecting and referrals.
• Manage the move-in process ensuring agreements are understood and facilitate new resident orientations.
• Develop and maintain processes that maintains safety, protects confidential information, and meets state and local regulations.
  Senior Living Counselors have
  
  • A drive to serve our mission of supporting individuals and families as they navigate challenging and ambiguous situations involving emotions and conflicts.
  • An internal drive to get results.
  • 2+ years in a sales or a sales support role (senior living, housing or other similar experience preferred).
  • Worked with a CRM and other technologies to track data.
  • The ability to travel throughout the local community and maintain a safe driving record and valid Drivers license.
