Our sales team is pivotal to our success, and we provide you with a thorough onboarding experience, including an introduction to our sales process, programs to source leads, and time to practice before you hit the ground running! As an Advertising Sales Executive at LPi, you will enjoy uncapped commission opportunities and benefits package the first of the month following employment so that you are supported beyond the workday. Base salary of $42,250 + uncapped commissions
First year earning potential ranges from $55-65K with an average of $85k after that
Work in a hybrid environment, both on site with our clients and at your home, with the availability to travel overnight 20-30%
Sell digital and print advertising to small and medium-sized consumer service businesses within an assigned book of business through high volume outbound calls
Build and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce by creating urgency to win new business
Grow customer accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset with the backing of a 50-year-old organization
