This position, available to Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), has a variety of schedules available. Each schedule requires a holiday rotation (with special holiday pay) and an every 3rd weekend rotation. IMPORTANT: Please note that our orientation process (typically up to 1 month) may require working days or shifts outside of what will be your permanent schedule.Our Registered Nurse (RN) positions start at $27/hour for no experience and our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions start at $24. We pay a 9% differential on your experienced-based base wage for all hours worked between 2pm and 10pm, and 14% for all hours worked between 10pm and 6am. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.Please note that this program is relocating to Polk City, IA within the next 12-24 months. During this transition period, you can earn an every-8-week recurring retention bonus between $1.350 and $2,100 every 8 weeks, calculated based on your total hours worked during those 8-week periods. You can also earn a perfect attendance bonus each 8-week period.If you are hired full time (at least 30 hours per week) and maintain full-time employment through 1 year, you will also receive $5,000 at your 1-year anniversary.This position is eligible for a 401k match, PTO and long-term sick pay, and other benefits depending on total hours worked, such as health, dental and vision insurance.
