Job Description:
The Meeting & Event Planner provides support in functional areas
of the Meeting & Events division by coordinating and administering
various meeting, event, and travel-related programs, policies and
procedures.Candidates MUST be open to up to 20% yearly travel, both
domestic and international. Travel can range from 2-10 days in
length.Preference will be given to candidates local to the Omaha,
NE area however remote candidates may be considered.WHAT YOU'LL
DO:Provides support for all meeting and event related processes,
procedures, and activities while exercising limited discretion in
the application of department rules, policies, and
procedures.Gathers, summarizes and analyzes information or data to
aid in the resolution of a business issue or as a part of a
Meeting/Event process.Ensures daily work activities and
participation in short-term and long-term projects/initiatives
align with the Meeting and Events organization's Mission, Vision,
and Strategy.Disseminates relevant information while exercising
discretion in sharing confidential information within and outside
of the Brand Division. Provides subject matter expertise in
training/educating internal and external customers regarding
meeting and event related programs, projects and
procedures.Provides thorough and effective customer service when
interacting with internal and external customers.Participates in ad
hoc and/or project groups as assigned.Generates standard reports
for division and business needs. Identifies and tests systems
enhancements for efficiencies and desired functionality.Assists
business partners through answering questions, processing daily
requests, and interpreting policies and procedures.ABOUT YOU:You

high-speed internet.Must be located in United States or Puerto
Rico.Experience in a meeting/event and travel planning
environment.Personal computer operation with skills in various
software applications including word processing, spreadsheet,
electronic mail and presentation.Excellent organization skills,
attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, and the ability
to work somewhat independently.Ability to meet deadlines under
pressure.Ability to utilize appropriate systems to perform
functions.Good communication skills.Ability to collaborate in a
team setting.Will require the ability to travel up to 20%We
