Translating data into insights, you'll delve into the environment and behaviors that empower employees to live more productive, engaged lives. In addition to learning about Gallup's workplace analytics, you'll examine data, explore our latest findings, and discover important patterns and themes in our global analytics.Our 2022 research summer interns had the opportunity to analyze data to provide actionable insights, write articles based on findings, and synthesize existing research for internal use linked to Gallup's talent strategy. Past workplace research interns have worked on projects related to employee engagement, employee selection, burnout at work, diversity, equity and inclusion, and more.At Gallup, you're more than just an intern.
