Gallup's Riverfront campus in Omaha, you'll collaborate with
prominent researchers on real workplace issues and get first-class
research opportunities at one of the most respected companies in
the world. Translating data into insights, you'll delve into the
environment and behaviors that empower employees to live more
productive, engaged lives. In addition to learning about Gallup's
workplace analytics, you'll examine data, explore our latest
findings, and discover important patterns and themes in our global
analytics.Our 2022 research summer interns had the opportunity to
analyze data to provide actionable insights, write articles based
on findings, and synthesize existing research for internal use
linked to Gallup's talent strategy. Past workplace research interns
have worked on projects related to employee engagement, employee
selection, burnout at work, diversity, equity and inclusion, and

need:Current enrollment as a master's or Ph.D. student in I/O
psychology, psychology, statistics, survey research or methodology,
or a related field requiredAvailability to work 40 hours per week
for 12 weeks during the summer at Gallup's Omaha, Nebraska,
Riverfront campus requiredExperience analyzing data and using SPSS
and Excel required; experience using statistical software modeling
packages like R, Stata, Tableau or Python beneficialEligibility to
work in the United States required; this position is not eligible
