Our employees are united by a desire to help the community, and it shows.We are looking for a bilingual Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our established team of women's health providers. At our Women's Health Center in South Omaha, we care for a mostly Spanish-speaking Latina population that is low-risk and family-oriented. We provide patient-centered, full-scope midwifery and women's health care across the lifecycle.As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at OneWorld, you will perform well woman and prenatal exams. You will work with an integrated Behavioral Health and Social Work team to help provide much needed support and resources to our patients. We offer Centering Pregnancy classes to our patients as well as programs to assist with newborn items, car seats, and pack-and-plays. OneWorld has a collaborative group of midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pediatricians and family practice physicians who all work together to promote breastfeeding, positive parenting, and healthy living.This is a full-time position located on our main campus in South Omaha (30th & L.) Weekly schedule will be a three clinic days from 8am -5pm, one 24-hour call, and one post call day. Evening clinic options are available as well.To ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and communities, OneWorld Community Health Centers is requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 effective November 15th, 2021. Exemptions may be granted for religious or medical accommodations.QUALIFICATIONS:- Master's Degree in Nursing Practice required.- License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nebraska required. (Or license eligibility.)- BLS certification required.- Proficiency in English and Spanish required. (Provider must be able to conduct an office visit in Spanish, at an intermediate level at least, without the use of an interpreter.)Our providers are eligible for student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps.
