IT Support Specialist

We have a career opportunity for an IT Support Specialist that is responsible for ALI s help desk support, which includes monitoring daily operations of systems.

The position will be located at 11128 John Galt Blvd, Ste 500, Omaha, NE 68137, working with different management levels (including the CEO, President, CFO, Vice Presidents) and support personnel in all other locations.

The impact you will have:

• You will monitor daily operations including server, hardware, software and enterprise systems.
• You will evaluate current applications and make recommendations for improvement, as needed.
• You will configure user devices and system access.
• You will train employees on use of many different types of software.
• You will complete monthly Preventative Maintenance tasks for specified machines.
• You will collaborate with other departments on projects, integrating new technology where possible (process improvement, automation, etc.).
• You will act as an administrator of and for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
• You will collaborate with Managed Services Provider to execute Cyber Security strategies to protect our organization.
• You will stay up to date on technology advancements.
• You will perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• You will manage IT assets and inventory system.
• You will write required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for computer operations. What we are looking for:
  • You will have a Bachelor s degree in a Computer Science field (preferred).
  • You will have at least two (2) years of work experience in a computer systems environment.
  • You will have experience with Dynamics 365 (preferred).
  • You will have a strong understanding of MS Suite of products including Office365, Server and Exchange.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
