Grants Administration Coordinator GENERAL REQUISITION
INFORMATION Vaccination Requirement The University of Nebraska
Medicine Center ( UNMC ) requires COVID -19 vaccinations for all
students, staff, and faculty. All employees must be fully
vaccinated unless they have requested and been approved for an
exemption based on a recognized medical reason, a sincerely held
religious belief, or a pre-approved, 100% remote work agreement.
Fully vaccinated means having received one dose of a single dose
COVID -19 vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) or both doses of a two-dose
COVID -19 vaccination series (Moderna and Pfizer). As a prospective
and/or a new employee at UNMC , you will be/are required to comply
with the UNMC's vaccination protocol. Non-faculty new hires,
rehires and transfers will have five (5) days from the date of hire
to provide proof of partial or full vaccination or to request a
medical or religious exemption. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and
transfers with proof of partial vaccination may have up to
thirty-five (35) days from the hire date to be in full compliance
with this policy. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers who
receive a denial of a request for medical or religious exemption
will be given five (5) business days from exemption denial
notification date to provide proof of compliance with this policy.
Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers with no approved
exemption who fail to comply with this policy will be separated.

Position Summary Interfaces with the Division of Gastroenterology
and Hepatology and Nephrology faculty, research personnel, division
administrator, and staff with grants, contracts, and subcontracts
to various federal and state agencies, foundations, and industrial
firms. Partners with PIs, administrators, and Sponsored Programs
Administration to negotiate grants and contracts. Serves as key
divisional resource for pre-award preparation and submission and
post-award grant administration and reports. Position Details
