Work location is subject to change based on business needs.Summary of the Job: FNBO's Hiring Manager & Candidate Experience Lead will serve as a key enabler of that Talent Acquisition Team. With a focus on hiring manager and candidate experience, the work of the Lead will integrally impact the success of FNBO's Talent Acquisition Group, our segments/business units, employees, and, ultimately, our customers.About This Role: Hiring Manager Experiences

  • Develop a best-in-class end-to-end hiring program that incorporates best practices for each of the key moments-that-matter for hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build, and maintain a library of standards and SLA's to be utilized throughout the hiring process that increases trust and consistency in the process
  • Develop a process map, and incorporate continuous improvement principles into the overall Talent Acquisition function to ensure on-going effectiveness and efficiency of the system
  • Act as a consultant for Talent Acquisition team, and work across the organization with key hiring managers and candidates/employees to understand current state, and gaps towards a best in class experiences
  • Utilize surveys, and data to track progress of strategies related to hiring manager and candidate experiences, and recommend improvements to be executed for the same
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to understand the function, and incorporate the various requirements into the process
  • Scan the external environment to understand evolving themes around candidate experiences for emerging workforce and influence internal constituents on the same
    • Strategically prioritize, plan, and develop project/initiative elements (resources, ways of working, stakeholders, subject-matter experts, etc.) with cross-functional teams, while considering critical Objective Key Results, Key Performance Indicators, Change Management Principles, etc.
    • Continually augment and scale iterative successes to drive positive outcomes for FNBO
      • Partner with SMEs across HR, Enterprise Sourcing, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and external vendors as appropriate to onboard and refine tools and resources to optimize performance and support the team's success as related to talent acquisitions.Other Accountabilities

          • Participate in career and community outreach events to promote FNBO, and identify & develop alternative channels of candidate acquisition
          • Vendor Management
            • Manage vendors as assigned across Talent Acquisition.
            • Cross Functional Working Relationships (CFWR)
              • Work collaboratively with peers and management to maintain positive working relationships both within and HR and throughout the organization.
                • Compliance
                  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML program, as applicable to job duties. Understand and comply with any regulations that relate specifically to hiring practices, including EEO/AA
                    • Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required
                    • Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations
                    • Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity
                    • Professionalism/Attendance
                      • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
                        • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
                        • Minimum of 4 years of banking experience exhibiting strong understanding of functions and needs
                        • Strong communication and consulting skills
                        • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to adhere to overlapping timelines of completion
                        • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
                        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
                        • Human Resources background a plus
                        • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
