Job Title: --Field Supervisor - RoofingJob Description: --Role involves supervising a team of sales representatives, conducting field investigations to assess property damage, meeting with insurance adjusters, and ensuring high levels of customer service.Requirements:

• 3 years of roofing sales experience or 3 years working as a property & casualty insurance adjuster
• Must have excellent training/teaching skills in sales
• Evenings and Saturdays availability
• Reliable transportation that can haul a ladder
• Valid state driver's license & Clean MVR
• Climb a ladder & safely navigating roofs during inspectionsIdeal Candidates:
  • Manage a team of Sales Representative's customer accounts
  • Ability to understand claims management software
  • Use strong customer service skills to evaluate damage with adjustersPay and Benefits:
