JOB TITLE: Bar-back -LOCATION: Omaha, NE -REPORTS TO: The Bar-back will report to the Bar Manager. - - -JOB OVERVIEW -Stocking the bars, rotating alcohol, and helping the bartenders when needed. -RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - - - - - - - - Cleaning the coolers, rotating stock, and stocking the bars. - - - - - - - - Assisting the bartenders, giving them breaks and bussing the lounge area. - - - - - - - - Performs as a team member with a positive attitude when dealing with guests and co-workers. - - - - - - - - Communicates effectively with co-workers, management, and guests. - - - - - - - - May be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. - -QUALIFICATIONS - - - - - - - - High School diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred. - - - - - - - - Must be at least 19 -years of age. - - - - - - - - Ability to count and make change. - - - - - - - - Must be able to lift and move 50lbs. - - - - - - - - Must be reliable, punctual, and cooperative with co-workers and supervisors. - - - - - - - - Maintain a professional and even-tempered demeanor in a high stress environment. - - - - - - - - Ability to read, write and understand English. - -BENEFITS - - - - - - - - Full-time employees are eligible for benefit package including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, and 401K match - - - - - - - - After 90 days, all training classes are free - - - - - - - - Discounts on all retail products - - - - - - - - Free Range Time - - - - - - - - 24/7 Fitness Facility - - -COMPENSATION - - - - - - - - Competitive hourly -based upon experience
