Integrated Life Choices (ILC) is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team! A DSP is responsible for supporting people with developmental disabilities and providing opportunities for them to live fulfilling lives.

Position Summary: As a DSP, you will support people in various ways and environments including residential, vocational, community activities, etc.
*Hiring Rates*

• Full-Time Days: $16/hr.
• Full-Time & Part-Time Supported Services: $17/hr. Vocational: Monday-Friday (Day Shift) Full-Time
  DSPs who work at ILC residential and vocational locations support individuals with planned activities that encourage community inclusion, habilitation, and activities of daily living.
  Employee Responsibilities:
  • Promoting positive social interactions.
  • Supporting individuals in the community during the day, at their choice of volunteer and habilitation opportunities.
  • Teaching skills to expand a person's independence.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Administering medications.
  • Supporting individuals with hygiene.
  • Providing transportation.
  • Encouraging and creating a diverse team experience.
  • Documenting program data at each shift. Supported Services: (Days, Evenings, Weekends) Full-Time or Part-Time
    As a DSP with ILC working in Supported Services, you will be supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at their jobs, in the community, and in their homes. The job coaching component of this position focuses on supporting people in seeking and maintaining competitive employment, while in-home support can be a variety of day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community.

      Education/Experience:
      Required: High School diploma
      Preferred: Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
      Successfully complete and pass all checks including:
      • Nebraska Adult Protective Services Central Registry
      • Child Protective Services Central Registry
      • Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Background Check
      • Federal Bureau of Investigation Background Check Certificates and Licenses:
