puts people first. We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to
join our team With a lot of moving pieces and an important mission,
the Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the onboarding
process for various roles in the organization Who will love this

high-quality program outcomes As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll:
- Coordinate the virtual onboarding process for new hires with
TA, IT, Welcoming Ambassadors, virtual hosts and onboarding
coordinators (OC's)
- Communicate effectively with TA, IT, Welcoming Ambassadors,
virtual hosts, onboarding coordinators (OC's) and other
stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is conveyed
in a timely and efficient manner
- Continuously update onboarding resources (content, supporting
resources, Smartsheet boards, etc.)
- Train and support new and current Welcoming Ambassadors to
ensure that all new hires receive a warm welcome and a positive
onboarding experience
- Train new virtual hosts on the onboarding process and virtual
delivery approach
- Act as the point of contact for Smartsheets training, support
HRIS with Smartsheets administration. Oversee all role specific
onboarding efforts (i.e. ED/AD) and develop new smartsheets for
critical roles by partnering with leadership to define their
onboarding experience/needs
- Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and
work with talent acquisition, Information Technology, and other
stakeholders to implement changes
- Act as a point of contact for Welcoming Ambassadors, virtual
hosts, onboarding coordinators (OC's) and other key stakeholders
and answer any questions they may have throughout the onboarding
process
- Host ongoing Welcoming Ambassador, virtual host and onboarding
coordinator (OC) meetings to provide updates and gather
feedback
- Continuously improve the onboarding process through feedback
from new hires, virtual hosts, Welcoming Ambassadors, new agency
leaders, hiring managers, onboarding coordinators (OC's) and other
stakeholders, implement changes as needed Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary: $44,000 - $50,000 depending upon
experience
