innovation.--Position Overview:--This enterprise level position
plays a critical role to build, influence, execute and enhance
producer strategies, marketing tools, and technology solutions for
cross-divisional teams in alignment to our trade unit objectives,
division strategy, and company initiatives. The Producer Strategy
team will support the enterprise-wide producer origination function
by developing, leveraging, and influencing grower strategies
throughout Scoular's 150+ originators within our facility and
merchandising teams across North America.? The team consists of
highly skilled specialists leading collaboration, origination
training, meeting expertise, communications, tailored marketing
solutions, and subject matter expertise to drive synergies
throughout the Scoular network and across divisions. This position
requires?strategic,?visionary?thinkers that?will provide expertise
in communication capabilities to influence?the business demand for
producer outreach solutions and increase collaboration to enhance
our producer relationships.----This position has flexibility to be
located at any Scoular grain facility location. --Job
Responsibilities:--Serve as Scoular's subject matter expert in
producer communications, local programming,
and--outreach.--Establish and elevate Scoular's producer
origination reputation and awareness on multiple platforms
including social media, Scoular website blog posts and Scoular Hub
page. Role to include strategic planning, writing, scheduling and
posting on a regular cadence, with support from internal marketing
and communications team.--Lead development and implementation of
producer meetings, working with facility origination teams to
create effective and consistent producer meetings.Drive creation
and management of FARM (Farmer Advisory Roundtable Members),
strengthening Scoular's "voice of the customer" efforts in
understanding and anticipating producer needs and challenges and
serving as input for Scoular solutions.Partner with Scoular's
EH&S team to bring awareness and support of safety initiatives
to Scoular's producer base.Provide expertise and thought leadership
in how Scoular's origination team can best communicate origination
strategies.--Demonstrate a consultative perspective, excelling in
recognizing, analyzing and communicating industry trends to drive
origination effectiveness and deepen producer
relationships.--Partner with internal stakeholders and producers to
develop and implement new initiatives that align with business
strategy and priorities.Establish communication cadence with
stakeholders to provide updates on progress of initiatives and
assess future opportunities.Coordinate change management best
practices to ensure effective business transformation and adoption
of initiatives set forth.Exhibit strong relationship-building and
influencing skills, with an affinity of working with and through
others.Possess a passion and energy for producer advancement,
commitment to developing and teaching others and collaboration to
drive understanding and adoption of innovative

RequirementsMinimum:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in
business related field, agriculture, marketing, data and analytics,
or related areas or equivalent with relevant experience.--Minimum
of 5+ years of experience in agri-business or related field
required.Proven experience creating targeted content for a
company/brand.Exhibit strong written and oral communication
skills.Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and
relationship building capability.Demonstrated leadership and
presentation skills with strong business acumen and ability to
drive strategy forward.Demonstrated agility to navigate change and
proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.Highly
skilled in problem solving techniques.Ability to travel up to 25%
to meet business needs.----Preferred:Active involvement in industry
agriculture association groups.
