As a Solution Architect, you will be working with the Sales Team, Sales Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and other Solution Architects to design and develop TTEC solutions that meet client requirements in the pursuit of new business. You will leverage tools and processes to gather and ratify cost inputs for each solution design. Contribution to RFP responses, proposals and client pitches with persuasively written solution overviews, among other response assets, are essential. In this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of TTEC services, capabilities and products across the entire organization and work to bring them together in compelling solution design for our existing and new logo sales efforts.You'll report to a Senior Advisor, Solutioning Architecture. You will help contribute to the success of the business by creating solutions and being in close partnership with the Proposal and Sales colleagues to win new business and drive growth.During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Understand buyer requirements and translate them into a detailed, compelling solution offering, implementation approach, solution overview, and cost estimate by leveraging TTEC processes, governance framework and using the right collection of offerings from TTEC and its internal partner network
  • Work in partnership with the sales team to design a solution that aligns to the value proposition (business outcomes and business case)
  • Coordinate and lead all solution design inputs from across all TTEC stakeholders and work with pricing to develop a commercial offer
  • Identify when it's appropriate to incorporate emerging TTEC products and capabilities to differentiate solutions in a way that delivers measurable business outcomes for the client
  • Understand and articulate all details and specifications of the proposed solution with the ability to back it with proof points, facts, and figures
  • Interface with the delivery and operational organizations to ensure effective solution design, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, and determine appropriate solution inputs that both meet the client and TTEC requirements
  • Follow TTEC processes and use developed toolsets (Asana, Qvidian, excel, word, .ppt) in a highly effective manner
  • Contribute to pitch decks, client presentations, the development of Statements of Work on winning opportunities, and client-facing sales proposals and presentations
    • This could include a request for proposal responses, online proposal submissions, and other client-specific formatsWhat You Bring to the Role
      • Thorough knowledge of the BPO industry
      • Self-motivated and able to manage autonomously to multiple deadlines
      • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers
      • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively up, down and across the organization
