  • A large hospital located in Eastern Nebraska is looking for CT Techs to work days.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • 13 week contract.
    • Job Requirements
    • Prefer overnight techs to be able to do CT and X-ray
    • Must understand methods and is capable of performing venipuncture as required
    • Demonstrates ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashion
    • Must be self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects/assignments
    • Must be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skills

      • 8s, 12s, or mixed shifts starting at 7-7, 3p-11p, etc.

        • Unit Specific Information
        • How many scanners/rooms does this department have?: 8 treatment areas
        • Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: Depending on position- in past have hired to MRI, CT, Xray, and Ultrasound techs, May float between main campus and UC campus (stand-alone ER)
        • Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: Mixed population from pediatrics to geriatrics, vast variety of imaging/studies, busy OR and ERCTAs, hearts, perfusion
        • Experience or 'Must have' skills: Prefer overnight techs to be able to do CT and X-ray
        • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 36-40 hours
          • Additional Details
          • Fast paced and busy facility, patients are high acuity
          • Attributes that will make a traveler successful here include being willing to jump in and stay busy, be able to think outside of the box for problem solving
          • Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
