Full-Time position, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Responsibilities include providing desktop client and device upgrades, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including installation of supported operating system and applications. Performs account maintenance (creation, modification, and deletion) for Windows network, servers, and database applications. Responsibilities include routine operations and may include maintenance of Windows based servers and applications. Position requires knowledge of Information Technology security, excellent problem solving ability, and good verbal and written skills. Must be able to research issues when answers are not immediately available.REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related discipline, bachelors degree, preferred
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of system experience in a Microsoft Windows, TCP-IP networking environment
Combination of education and experience equivalent to the above requirements may be substituted
Ability to communicate with administrative, clinical, research personnel, and other users of computer resources in an articulate, professional, clear, non-technical fashion
Ability to provide afterhours and On Call support as needed
Must have means of transportation between BTNRH sites
