BAXTER! Your Purpose as a Sr. Brand Manager, Marketing Analytics &
Operations Lead: This role leads marketing analytics, reporting,
and operational excellence across assigned stores while serving as
the organization’s subject matter expert on data strategy and AI
enablement. As a key partner to General Managers, agency teams, and
marketing leadership, it translates business performance into clear
insights, actionable recommendations, and executive-level
reporting. The position ensures data integrity, optimizes systems
and processes, and continuously advances the marketing tech stack
to drive smarter decisions, greater efficiency, and measurable
growth. In this role, you will: Store Marketing Leadership Act as
main point of contact for all marketing team communications with
store General Managers Own the marketing & sales reporting for each
store, communicating regularly with GMs to proactively identify
insights, trends and opportunities Collaborate with team leads &
agencies to advise on best practices across marketing functions -
delivering information and recommendations in a timely,
professional manner Attend at least one sales meeting per brand per
month Lead monthly marketing report out meetings Light event
planning (as needed, in collaboration with marketing and store
teams) Oversee and approve website changes, new tool integrations,
and any other support tickets, work with admin support members to
ensure timely completion Collaborate with admin support to maintain
an accurate master marketing budget for each store, ensuring
budgets are communicated and approved with GM Oversee manufacturer
compliance and co-op program compliance/usage Understand dealership
tech stack, advise as needed in partnership with admin support
Integrated Campaign Planning & Oversight Develop store-specific
marketing plans aligned to: inventory stock, sales objectives, and
local market dynamics Partner with paid media teams/vendors on:
campaign strategy, messaging inputs, performance interpretation
(not just reporting), and clear, data-driven recommendations to GMs
Social Media Strategy & Execution Strategy & Planning - Own social
content calendars for assigned stores; Ensure content aligns with
brand standards, campaign priorities, sales focus areas; Coordinate
with centralized social/creative resources Content Production
(Priority brands) - Personally and/or in collaboration with store
social media ambassador, produce limited, high-impact content for
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok; Focus on quality and relevance, not
volume Marketing Analytics & Operations Lead Act as subject matter
expert on marketing analytics and AI enablement for team operations
Understand how marketing and business metrics intersect and develop
reports that help identify trends and lead to actionable
conclusions. Optimize and upkeep current reporting while leading
continuous improvements to tech stack, AI adoption, structure and
data visualization Maintain the integrity of the data and manage
all necessary systems and outside partners to ensure consistency,
reliability, and accuracy of reported results. Maintain a high
level of curiosity around AI adoption for marketing teams,
consistently learning and testing new ways to make our team more
effective and efficient Work collaboratively with marketing staff
to ensure understanding and execution of best practices in AI
adoption across marketing operations & utilizing resources in data
analysis to find quicker and better insights Partner with CMO to
develop regular executive-level marketing performance reports
Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Based in Omaha, Nebraska
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data
analytics or business-related field required with a minimum of 5
years of experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel,
PowerPoint, Word) Excellent verbal, written, and data visualization
skills Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding, with the
ability to: design executive-ready dashboards, tell a clear story
with data, and surface insights quickly and intuitively Experience
with tools such as: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI applications
in marketing, including reporting automation, data analysis and
insight generation, workflow efficiency, and task acceleration
Experience evaluating, testing, and implementing AI-driven tools
responsibly and effectively AI certifications encouraged (e.g.,
analytics AI tools, automation platforms, or marketing-focused AI
training) Google Analytics familiarity preferred Must be at least
18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a
