Group has partnered with a leading not-for-profit research and
technology organization to identify a dynamic Contract Employee
Events Lead to support a high-impact employee engagement team. This
is a 4-month contract opportunity supporting a collaborative team
focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences across the
organization. The Contract Employee Events Lead will design, plan,
and execute a portfolio of high-visibility employee events during a
critical coverage period. This individual will serve as the driving
force behind seven signature events and multiple engagement
initiatives that enhance employee connection, recognition, and
organizational culture. Responsibilities : Execute against an
established annual events calendar aligned to employee engagement
goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design
inclusive, engaging events for hybrid, remote, and in-person
employees. Ensure recognition and appreciation events reflect
company values and celebrate contributions across diverse teams and
geographies. Budget tracking and management Vendor sourcing and
oversight Registration management (experience with tools such as
Visavo is a plus) Event communications On-site production and
execution Post-event evaluations and reporting
Qualifications/Background Profile : 6–8 years of professional
experience in event planning, employee engagement, corporate
branding, or related field. Demonstrated experience leading
end-to-end corporate events (on-site and off-site). Strong project
management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority
events simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment. Experience managing vendors and event
logistics. Budget management experience. Proficiency with project
management tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent
experience considered). This job is Hybrid Remote. We offer several
