Position: PPP Analyst* 3 Month Assignment *Pay: $15-20/hour; depending on experienceResponsibilities:* Review / processing of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans (both new applications and forgiveness process)* Working directly with customer to finalize details of loan application and/or repayment* Answer general questions on PPP for both internal and external individuals* Work directly with SBA to resolve questions / problems on accountsQualifications:* Ideally someone with accounting or prior payroll experience is preferred, not required* High attention to detail needed* Ability to solve problems independently.Job Requirements:* Enter inventory data into inventory system* Perform physical inventory counts during semiannual inventory* Reconcile monthly warehouse inventory vs. inventory in SAP* Maintain pars of inventory and orders additional inventory* Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs* Analyze outside warehouse inventory levels* Perform physical inventory counts during semi-annual inventory* Manage and respond to inventory and inventory valuation* Manage daily inventory buffer levels* Reconcile inventory and inventory reserve accounts including reconciliation of consigned inventory at vendor location* Maintain accurate inventory levels with an emphasis on service levels and inventory* Developing inventory forms and mapping out inventory process strategy* Achieve customer inventory accuracy goals* Monitor various inventory reports in SAP* Identify problems in the inventory control and develop inventory metrics* Manage daily inventory activities from put-away to inventory issue* Understand inventory levels and order points* Complete reports on inventory counts* Coordinate annual physical inventory procedures* Analyzing sales and inventory trends
