Job Description:

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to improve business and operating results by representing G&I Services including the Alta Platform to healthcare partners. This person also represents the company to established accounts handling project management duties, installation, technical and service support within healthcare settings.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitates installation; coordinates with on-site stakeholders, communicates and identify installation parameters/requirements, coordinates pre-install work and completes final on-site installation in healthcare facilities
  • Utilize software or applications support to troubleshoot in person or remotely
  • Diagnosing issues via phone and triaging based upon knowledge of system (and not depending upon the system in person)
  • Transitions system to the customer upon install completion
  • Knowledge and experience with low voltage cabling (phones, security systems, etc.)
  • Serves as the customer resource for active accounts, troubleshoots as needed and provides on-site services when needed
  • Exhibit ethical, objective business relationships in which the best interests of Cassling and its customers are maintained
  • Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request: immunization records, drug screening, background check, training record
  • Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
    • Must work effectively with varying levels of individuals in healthcare organizations
    • Computer skills including Word, Excel
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills, practice good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
    • Ability to track status of multiple projects at once, with ongoing communication and escalation as needed
    • Basic networking, electronic and IT skills within healthcare settings
    • Adept at handling many responsibilities simultaneously, changing course easily, and juggling many organizational needs
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • A team player, cooperative collaborative
    • Strong writing and editing skills
      Education and Experience
      • Education: High School Diploma required. Four-year college degree preferred
      • Experience: 1-2 years in a technical installation role
        Company Requirements
        • Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited JCAHO policy
        • Remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy
