Job Description:

  • ONSITE DAY 1
  • Entry level Desktop Support
  • PC build outs and then shipping that equipment to end users (docking stations, monitors, laptops, etc.)
  • Will vet machines when they come back in. Run diagnostics, troubleshooting, then re-image them
  • Imaging via SCCM is a plus
  • Shipping experience via FedEx is a plus
  • Limited customer interactions; more behind the scenes; will not be taking calls from end users
  • 8am-5pm CST
  • Possibility of extension, not sure about conversion at this time

    Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
    Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
    Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
    Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
