Information Security SOC Analyst - Remote Bringing smiles is

Security SOC Analyst working remotely in the US, you'll be a part
of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you

company culture. What You'll be Doing Using multiple tools and
dashboards to monitor the TTEC environment for potential security
events, you'll assess events to detect legitimate security
concerns, and respond according to established plans. You'll manage
and monitor security solutions to provide support and Security
Incident Management. You'll perform a variety of security duties
and will ensure they are fulfilled in a timely and professional
manner. The Security Operations Center (SOC) will interact
frequently with other members of the Information Security team, and
other members of the IT technical teams at TTEC. Your knowledge of
fundamental enterprise IT systems and communications will aid you
in working daily with these teams, as you will work on multiple
projects concededly. You will report to the Information Security
Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the business by
supporting and monitoring our security operations 24x7. During a
Typical Day, You'll Work with system administration and networking
teams to ensure a strong understanding of the risks to TTEC's
environment. Ensure tickets are properly generated for the
respective teams and includes all necessary information providing
accurate scan data for the targeted team. Respond to events and
work with multiple security tools and participate in Table-top
Exercises to ensure proper documentation and response procedures
are followed Assist teams with fraud detection, documentation,
prevention, and investigative support (you'll work with teams in
Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations) Assists audits
(Payment Card Industry, SOX, SSAE16, internal and client audits)
Provides reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data
security and makes recommendations for the adoption of new
procedures and tools. What You Bring to the Role Requires an active
government public trust clearance (updated within the past 3
years). If you do not currently hold an active public trust
clearance, be prepared to complete the stringent requirements
required by the Department of Homeland Security IT degree or
similar training with 2 years of experience in Information Systems
or IT security related functions Security Certifications, such as:
CISSP, GIAC certifications, Security , CISCO, Red Hat, or Microsoft
certifications, CIRT/CERT experience Knowledge of information
security principles, concepts, practices, networks, operating
systems and trouble ticketing systems Ability to provide technical
advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other
technical specialists on critical information technology security
issues Assess risk factors and advise on vulnerability of attack
from a variety of sources and create/review procedures for
protection of systems and applications Can Interpret data from
multiple sources and collaboration on security activities with your
analytic eye Assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate

information. The anticipated range is $56,000 - $75,000. Actual
compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic
location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. About
