NEW WAGES
Starting Pay: $ 28.56 to $34.71
PLUS $1,000 Bonus After 90 days
2nd & 3rd Shifts-Shift Differential and an Additional $2/hr

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate safe work habits and comply with company safety
requirements.
- Champion Lozier s Mission, Vision, and Values by demonstrating
the behaviors that contribute to Lozier s success.
- Troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics,
and PLC s.
- Ability to work on projects directed with little supervision
(Wiring, welding, drilling, etc.).
- Ability to work weekends and daily overtime.
- Willingness to help grow and create change in a fast pace
environment. Required Skills/Qualifications
- Associates degree in a technical background or equivalent job
experience.
- Knowledge of various equipment: punch press, brake press,
spot-welder, welders, lasers, and CNC machines.
- Knowledge of good PM practices to help seek Operational
Excellence. Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods: 5 S , SMED, etc.
- Knowledge in PLC s, HMI, and safety equipment is a plus. Lozier
