Work location is subject to change based on business needs.Summary of the Job: 1) Provide initial space planning & test fits and ongoing consultation on projects (new and remodels) forcustomer areas leveraging maximized space utilization and when possible inventory reuse, enabling deliverywithin budget, on schedule and as a quality customer experience.2) Allow for customer vendors/contractors to participate in bidding work for FNN projects as appropriate.About This Role: 1) Conduct BU facility reviews and assess specific facility reqmts for a six-month to five-year timeframe.(On-going) a. Interface (respectful, proactive, etc.) with assigned BU Mgr(s) to understand plans for change orgrowth. (i.e. gather facility needs in support of business plan) b. Participate in YE Strategic Summary Forecast,including cc# roll-ups, various analysis scenarios. (annually) c. Participate in quarterly division reviews andproject planning activities, including the facilitation of Need Assessments and translate into space programand schematic design d. Implement short-term facility plans or situational analysis and assist with dev ofprojects budgets. Areas of focus include: space/rent, operational and project expenses e. Maintain FPP's datain the Archibus SMP module for on-demand and rotational BU updates2) Provide recommendations to senior management on furniture products utilized by FNNI. Expert and liaisonfor KI systems wall and wireworks problems solving and troubleshooting installation challenges. Expert/Team Lead in evaluation to possibly change FN's Corporate workstation standards Conductworkstation standard and peripheral equipment product evaluations and make recommendations for FNstandards. Participate in life cycle cost analysis for various products and solutions. Product expert andliaison for ergonomic issues and solutions. Manage, coordinate & conduct quarterly Vendor warehouseaudits and IMS oversight. Enhance tools available to FNBI for product specifications and installations.3) Learn FN & FNBI business procedures necessary to complete your work. This includes: Archibus system, AutoCad file structure; Lawson and other systems to conduct HR accountabilities, purchasing and invoice processingThe Ideal Candidate for This Role: Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, equivalent Technical Training or equivalent experience in a functional area
  • Additional four or more years of facilities management experience (such as: interior/construction, remodel/build management, facility maintenance/operations management, or move/facility management) or equivalent experience beyond degree
  • Knowledge of software applications (such as MS Office, MS Project, Outlook, Archibus, AutoCAD, CAFM, BMCS, etc)
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (i.e. OSHA, ADA, Environmental Systems)
  • Must be able to travel - 20%Desired:
    • Professional certification in facility management related field (i.e. RPA, FMS, SMA)
    • Knowledge of industry software applications (such as CAFM, BMCS, etc.)
    • Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interface across all levels of organization
