If making a positive impact in the lives of others is always on your to-do list - you'll LOVE working with a team that puts people first.We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team!Reporting to the Director of Revenue Integrity, you'll be responsible for assisting with continuous improvement in revenue cycle processes and internal controls.Who will love this job:A detail enthusiast - you are over-the-top organized and set the bar high with your attention to detailA doer and natural problem-solver - you feel at home working autonomously in a dynamic environment, carrying out multiple projects while delivering high-quality outcomesA go-getter- you enjoy tackling new challenges and have an innate source of intensity and energy that enables you to get things done.An efficient worker- your ability to shift gears makes you an excellent problem solver.What you'll do in this role:Prepare reports used for data analysis and review of revenue cycle performance indicatorsSupport internal quality monitoring systems for all revenue cycle functionsSupport with review and research of state and federal regulatory billing compliance requirementsSupport the documentation storage and tracking of Medicaid enrollments, payer contracting, and payer credentialingResponsible for payer portal administration for funding sources including Medicaid and Managed Care OrganizationsSupport the tracking of external revenue cycle audits and Mosaic's response related to citations/findings.Partner with Internal Audit to ensure continuous improvement of all revenue cycle processes and internal controlsSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pmTRAVEL: Up to 10% Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, DE, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NE, PA, NE, SD, TN, TX or WI Requirements:Ideally, you should have:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferredMinimum two years of work experience in revenue cycle analysis, health services or a related fieldExperience with Therap or an Electronic Health Record
