  Your Purpose as a Paint Technician:
  • Remove, overhaul, and repair damaged bumpers.
  • Repair minor damage and refinishing of single panels.
  • Perform proper maintenance on paint equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Properly color match BASF solvent-based paint.
  • Calculate and issue estimates for paint and repair jobs according manufacture and dealership standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management. Basic Qualifications:
    • Valid driver's license, 18+ years old
    • Formal paint and body training/education, OR at least one year experience.
    • Knowledge of 6H paint practices and regulations and general paint operation standards
    • Ability to work autonomously at a productive pace . Additional Qualifications:
