What does a successful Senior Network Analyst do at Fiserv?As a Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst, you can look forward to immersing yourself in a complex global environment having the opportunity to work with multiple network technologies including routing, switching, SDWAN, firewall, load-balancing, and automation. Your primary responsibilities include incident response/troubleshooting, and break/fix engineering for a large-scale global network/security infrastructure.
What you will do:

• Support a global enterprise multi-vendor network consisting of 20,000+ Network/Security Devices
• Provide advanced level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve network/security related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms
• Engage, drive and escalate issues with multiple network/security vendors related to incident management
• Assist with client testing/troubleshooting, new implementations and disaster recovery testing
• Act as a technical escalation point for less tenured staff
  What you will need to have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations or Engineering role
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of LAN/WAN technology and protocols including but not limited to BGP, EIGRP, HTTP, FTP, TCP, and Spanning Team
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving complex network switching and routing issues
  • Experience configuring and independent troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Versa switches and routers
  • Experience with enterprise firewalls, preferably Palo Alto, Juniper, and Checkpoint
  • Experience with load balancing concepts, preferably F5 or Citrix NetScaler

    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents with potentially competing priorities
    • Collaborate well with others on a global team to solve problems and actively incorporate input from multiple sources
    • Must be self-motivated and able to think outside the box with a strong desire to learn and grow
