Job Title: Sr. Service Analyst -
What does a successful Sr. Service Analyst do at Fiserv? -Fiserv is
a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next
generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to
financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus,
government agencies and merchants.------ -
As a successful Sr. Service Analyst, you will be part of a
dedicated team supporting a premier Issuing Solutions client and
will - be responsible for resolving issues, inquiries, incidents,
What you will do:
- Provide service support to both internal and external clients
and be the primary liaison between the client and Fiserv.
- Resolve customer problems as they are reported using system
knowledge and internal SME consultation.
- Have full product service issue accountability including
incident reports, communication center notification, Service Center
work item tracking, adhering to client service level agreements,
monitoring liability issues and escalation to management when
- Provide consultative servicing to meet client and company
objectives and foster positive relationships with the clients.
What you will need to have:
- 5 or more years advanced client support experience.
- Previous experience with Optis Mainframe systems supporting
issuing financial products.
- 3 or more years of Financial Processing or Financial Technology

- Knowledge of Fiserv's products, platforms, systems, and
- Previous Experience navigating 3270 MF screens
