Pay is a mix of hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses and ranges from $66,0000 to $104,000. With hard work, exceptional candidates can earn more than the top end of this range.You will not be thrown directly to the wolves. Over the last two years, at the personal request of manufacturers like Samsung and Sub-Zero, we have successfully expanded to multiple areas, and we will use our experience to ensure our new techs get the support they need, including:Additional trainingA steady supply of jobs when you're readyA branded truck and uniformA fraternity of other experienced techs to call on when neededAnd an on-call leadership team to provide support but will respect your experience and discretion in the fieldWe are partnered with Samsung to be their Branded Engineers in multiple areas, and we also have similar authorizations from many other household brands.
