Job SummaryConagra Brands is on a journey to deliver

delivery model. As part of the IT Customer Delivery Portfolio, you
will work with Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Order
Management business partners. The Customer Delivery Portfolio is
accountable for evaluating, developing, and implementing supply
chain digital technology that aligns with the business strategy,
while also using data and analytics to drive actionable insights.
This portfolio works with exciting, cutting-edge technologies both
cloud-based and on-premise, and will adopt solutions that are
flexible, configurable with minimal latency, and intuitive to use.

capacity!As a Systems Analyst, you will participate in solution
delivery and support the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
You will support the Product Owner and Agile Teams in defining
requirements for Agile Features/Stories, assist with solution
design, define testing plans, and act as a liaison between
technical teams and business partners. You will support the
Delivery Manager and Sr. Systems Analyst / Solution Architect in
defining the release activities and interdependencies for a

(position responsibilities): Develop and maintain a strong,
proactive relationship with internal business customers and other
IT teams to deliver incremental value, and of course, have
fun!Communicate effectively with IT teams, business partners, and
leadership alike.Participate in Continuous Delivery as part of an
Agile Team to deliver a continuous flow of capabilities and
valuable solutions that meet business needs and objectives.Engage
in business process understanding, requirements gathering,
Feature/Story writing, and prioritization.Lead solution design and
build, testing, documentation, deployment, and
stabilization.Support supply chain automation technologies such as
Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs),
and Automatic Truck Loaders (ATLs) ensuring seamless integration
with core applications such as SAP and Blue Yonder WMS.Support
transportation management applications such as Oracle
Transportation Management (OTM)Understand end to end application
environment and work with architects to validate capabilities are
being built according to strategic direction.Validate business and
technical requirements are met during the solution delivery
process.Oversee IT Outsourcer service management (problem
management, issues escalation, and change management).Assist with
vendor management of application software vendors on services,
system lifecycle, and contract/license management.Assist in
financial management and forecasting for associated IT costs.Ensure
strict adherence to all security and process procedures especially
around sensitive data.Be a visible team member who clearly supports
transformational changes that result from successful solution
delivery.You Have (position qualifications): Bachelor's Degree
Required2+ years in Information Technology or relevant
experienceHigh-level understanding of IT systems architecture and
project methodologiesPrior experience supporting transportation
management processes and OTM (preferred)Interest in learning new
business processes, primarily Transportation and Warehousing, and
IT solutions that support themAbility to translate technical
concepts to leadership and business concepts to technical
resourcesEDI transaction experience is a plusSelf-starter with
ability to work in matrixed and cross-functional teamsExperience
with Continuous Delivery and/or Agile methodologies
(preferred)Ability to travel up to 10% annuallyHybrid work schedule
with 3 days onsite every week: Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayAt this
