their careers.The Client Services Analyst will deliver excellence
in customer service to agents, insureds, claimants and others
business partners for support of our digital products. Provide
customers support for company products including assistance in
accessing and navigating the website applications and software
programs, online access set up, and troubleshooting all
products.This position will be with National Indemnity Company in
Omaha NE, and be hybrid after a 12 week training period. Hours for
this role will range between 7am to 7pm CT. What will you do?
- Serves as the point of contact for customers on all technology
support items. Acts as first point of contact with customer via
telephone, e-mail or other communication, gathering necessary
information to help provide answers to questions and problem
solve.
- Reports errors in the software products used by agency partners
and insured and tests the products as necessary to fix outstanding
issues.
- Answers first level underwriting questions relating to
commercial lines automobile and property new/renewal policies for
the agency distribution segment.
- Assists agents navigate online rater question flows and assess
submission status. Identifies second and third level underwriting
support issues and transfers these issues to the appropriate
individuals.What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent
- Ability to do basic math
- 1-2 years related customer service work experienceWho would
