ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install modular rail systems to residential staircases (indoor,
Install and test transformer wiring and power supply.
Install carriage and seat to rail systems and complete diagnostic
Troubleshoot and service any/all components of carriage/seat/rail
Track and maintain bar code based inventory control system for all
Complete work reports for each field visit and liaise with
installation and tech support department for adequate
reconciliation of payments, parts and service.
Provide exemplary customer service to Acorn standards.
Perform annual service visits and completes preventive maintenance
and testing on all systems.
Complete all initial and recurrent training modules to maintain
authorized Acorn training standards.
Conduct sales presentation consistent with customers? needs.
Measure customer?s staircase(s) and body accurately, to ensure
proper installation in accordance to Acorn?s standards.
· Work with inside sales representatives (liaisons) to keep account
activities and literature up to date.
Complete all post-sales administrative activities.
Build and maintain a rapport with local mobility shops and
pharmacies to generate new leads.
Customer networking coupled with the ability to produce referrals
through proper customer follow up.
Must be able to work a minimum of two Saturday?s a month.
