person we are missing.POSITION SUMMARYThe B2B Account Executive,
also known as the Territory Sales Manager, is designed to provide
comprehensive field support to Ford-Lincoln Dealerships across a
designated territory. The primary focus of the AE / TSM will be to
strategize, develop, and grow the dealership processes and sales of
Ford Lincoln OE Accessories, while maximizing dealership
profitability.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work within assigned Ford Dealerships to support and grow
Accessory Sales through different channels of business (Dealer
Installed Option /Dealer Channel /Ford Performance Parts)
- Assessment and Analysis of Dealership Accessory Sales and
Support Processes
- Perform Department and/or Personnel Accessory related training
in group or one on one basis
- Work with Dealership Owners and General Managers to develop and
implement accessory sales processes
- Provide dealership follow-up support (Virtual and In-Person
visits)
- Provide KBIs and KPIs to Parts Midwest Management using
CRM
- Present market and dealership KPIs to key stakeholders
weekly
- Develop, present, and implement dealership profit
opportunities
- Responsible for Sales and Distribution support to
dealership
- Ongoing communication, support, and training to Ford Regional
Team /Vendor Partners
- All other duties as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years Territory Management Experience
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications including
Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Power Point presentations
- Ability to perform SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity,
Threat) analysis of current operating practices and develop a
comprehensive action plan based on findings.
- Account Executive must be able to execute outlined program
components such as training, reporting, merchandising, marketing,
group facilitation and product demonstration abilities.
- Account Executive must be proficient in all areas of process
development, mapping, evaluation, and execution.
- Specialist must be capable of formulating business decisions
based on a logical reasoning approach and offering a solution-based
outcome to all situations.
- Account Executive possess a demonstrated ability to operate
successfully in business environment with limited management
oversite.PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Account Executives must possess the physical capabilities
necessary to accomplish the tasks assigned to the program,
including but not limited to: assembling merchandising displays,
delivery of marketing materials, multi-day travel, extended periods
of physical activity during training seminars, and ability to lift
a minimum of 50 lbs. without sustaining injury.
- Frequent overnight travel required.
- Must be able to accommodate working from a home office and
