result, we are looking for an Annuity Insurance Sales Director to
join our Annuity team and help support this growth. We look for the

talk with you! Annuity Insurance Sales Director - Elkhorn, NE This
position will provide support to our existing insurance
agents/producers in the areas of case design, marketing programs
and business development, This position will also work to recruit
and onboard new licensed insurance agents and relay the advantages
of our annuity products and marketing programs for their book of
business. Our agents/producers are nation-wide, so all
communication, correspondence and client relationships are phone
based and in the office. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with licensed insurance agents/producers across the
country to promote the insurance carriers that we represent and
determine appropriate product and financial strategy
recommendations for their clients
- Maintain line of communication with agents and assist them in
selling annuities
- Provide agents/producers with training and support on IAMS
product features & benefits, case design, marketing programs and
financial strategy recommendations for their clients to help grow
their business
- Review current policies, update where needed and uncover other
assets which might be better positioned in annuities or life
products
- Identify, generate and recruit licensed annuity
agents/producers to do business with IAMS through outbound call
campaigns, emails, webinars and other means, and follow-up on those
leads
- Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product
recommendations for agents/producers
- Maintain agent records (number of agents recruited, written
business, number of sales kits sent, agent referrals), provide
input for weekly sales meeting Working Relationships and Contacts:
- Works with the annuity insurance sales teams
- Works with administration and creative services teams
- Works with licensed insurance professionals and carriers across
the country
- Works with marketing vendors and business partners who provide
annuity products/services to IAMS Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus attractive monthly bonus plan
- Company year-end bonus if Company goals are met
- Medical health insurance after 90 days of employment - 100%
paid premium
- Monthly company paid HSA contributions after 90 days of
employment
- 401k retirement plan after 12 months of employment - with
company match up to 4%
- 7 paid holidays
- PTO - (0-3 yrs) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per
month
- (4+ years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per
month

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Extremely professional, highly motivated, confident, and
outgoing
- 3+ years of sales, client services and customer acquisition
experience preferred
- Securities license or industry experience in life and annuity
insurance products and policies, a plus
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
with little supervision
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving & decision-making
skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload under tight
deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a "follow-up until
resolved" mindset
- Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion Our
