Generation Specialist.Primary Responsibilities:Make outbound calls
to potential clients to schedule appointmentsFollow up with leads
and maintain a database of contactsProvide excellent customer
service and answer any questions clients may haveMeet or exceed
weekly and monthly appointment setting goalsCollaborate with sales
team to ensure successful appointments and conversionsOther duties
as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of:Microsoft
Office suites (Excel and Word).CRM SoftwareAbility to:Handle
multiple priorities.Approach each day with a keen sense of
self-discipline and urgency.Comprehend technology and how
technology enables business productivity, efficiency and
effectivenessCommitment to planning key activities conducive to
growth.Effective use of time management skillsExcellent
communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently
and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management
skillsMinimum Qualifications:Education and Experience:Any
combination equivalent to experience and education that could
likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is
qualifying.Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth
grade.Experience: Previous sales lead generation experience is
