We’re hiring a Sales Manager for an onsite role based in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is ideal for a sales professional with 1–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation, particularly within the light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors. About the Role As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving growth through targeted outreach and consistent follow-up. This is a sales-driven role that requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking. - Build and maintain relationships with business clients and key decision-makers. - Conduct virtual and on-site meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. - Generate leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline. - Collaborate with internal team members to deliver high-quality service. - Track activities and outcomes using CRM tools and digital platforms. - Meet or exceed established sales goals and activity targets. Qualifications - 1–5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, business development, or lead generation. - Experience working with clients in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics industries. - Proven ability to cold call and generate new leads. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Organized and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Comfortable working in an onsite role—must be based in Omaha, NE. - Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
