Manager Summary: Work with existing and prospective customers on
maintaining their lawn and landscapes to the highest standards.
Company generated leads will be provided, some will require on site
consultations and some will just be a bid submission and a phone
call. This position will also be responsible for outside leads
being generated from our ideal client type list. This position will
also provide a customer service response to many client questions
and concerns. The goal of this position is to grow our client base,
while ensuring our existing clients are receiving the highest level
of service. Job Duties: Maintain relationships with existing client
base Produce lawn and landscape maintenance estimates for new and
existing clients Produce small project/enhancement estimates for
new and existing clients Convert D/B clients to our maintenance
programs Consult with clients on the best programs to meet their
needs Follow inspection requirements for each property. Produce
inspection reports. Participate in weekly sales and production
meetings Work with the maintenance production team to ensure the
highest quality is being completed to our clients. Provide realtime
feedback and coaching to production teams to improve quality and
efficiency. Cultivate relationships with local lead sources (For
example - property managers, builders, etc.) Enter all new services
in our management system. Follow the process to ensure proper hand
off to the production team. Snow removal during the winter months
Accountabilities/Measurables Complete property inspections by
scheduled intervals Complete minimum reach out to our ideal client
type list Zero missed communication with clients Customer Retention
goals New revenue goals Meet gross margin targets Qualifications: 2
years industry experience (Lawn/Landscaping) 3 years sales
experience Applicators license (Preferred) *We can assist in
obtaining Strong written and verbal communication skills - “A
people person” Strong organizational skills Strong problem solving
skills Computer skills - Able to use word processing, spreadsheets
and estimating software Self motivated - Goal driven
Willing/Physically able to assist with production when needed
Reports to: Department Leader Works with: Department Leader,
Service Production Manager, Operations Manager, Outdoor Living
