Job Description Job Description GENERATION HOPE FAMILY COUNSELING & CONSULTING, LLC www.genhopecounseling.com FULL & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE Compensation: A full-time mental health professional billing 24 sessions per week has the potential to earn a yearly salary between $68,500-$97,500 based on education, licensure, experience, and work performance. Full time employees are also eligible for benefits after completion of a waiting period.Not sure if you are ready to go into a private practice setting full time? No problem! Many of our therapists start as part-time before moving to a full time position. Part-time professionals billing 12 sessions per week have the potential to earn $34,000-$42,000 per year . This is an excellent part-time job to supplement a full time position elsewhere, while giving you an opportunity to see if a private practice setting is right for you.*All employees enjoy a flexible schedule and can do documentation from home if they choose. Sessions will occur in office, via Telehealth, as well as in schools in some cases. The Position : Are you looking for a change? We also often work with our client's family to improve client outcomes. Trauma and previous experience is preferred, but not required. Qualified candidates : Will need to be licensed by the state of Nebraska as an LIMHP, LMHP, or PLMHP. Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently without the need to be micromanaged and be proficient in clinical knowledge and understanding.
